Dr. Caroline Collado-Cruz , is a board-certified pediatrician with over 15 years of experience practicing medicine. She was born and raised in New York City and received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. She accomplished this via a competitive 7 year program called Sophie Davis School Of Biomedical Education where students start their medical school career straight out of High School. Per her mom, she said she wanted to be a baby doctor at the age of 4 and never wavered.
She completed her residency in pediatrics at Jacobi Medical Center a municipal hospital operated by NYC Health + Hospitals in affiliation with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As a pediatrician, she is passionate about working with children and their families to promote health and wellness. Her goal is to always do this the most effective and least invasive manner.
Dr. Collado-Cruz believe that every child is unique and deserves personalized care that takes into account their individual needs and circumstances. To enhance her practice Dr Collado is currently continuing her education with Functional Medicine certification. Her areas of expertise include infant and toddler care, adolescent health, and preventive medicine.
She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in pediatric medicine, and strives to provide the highest quality care to all of her patients.
